JOB TITLE: Human Resource Coordinator

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

SUMMARY:  

The Human Resource Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for inquiries to the HR office and is responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging experience for employees. benefits processing for assigned member districts, accurately and effectively.   The Coordinator handles a range of administrative tasks including: triaging/directing inquiries, organizing meetings/interviews, HR database maintenance and reporting, recruitment activities (scheduling interviews, advertising), managing onboarding/offboarding processes, research and maintaining personnel files as well as staying on top of legal, legislative, regulatory issues in a rapidly changing, complex environment.  The HRC identifies and solves problems related to HR and Payroll processing in a respectful, effective and efficient manner.  Successful performance requires knowledge and adherence to the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB 34) and accurate administration of employee benefits.
